Conference Announcement

We are delighted to invite you to the 2025 CAPA Annual Conference, taking place Monday, November 3 – Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at the Delta City Centre Ottawa.

This year’s theme, “The Future of the Postdoc,” will shape a dynamic program featuring leading voices from across Canada who will explore the evolving postdoctoral landscape — from research and funding to career development and beyond.

Join us in Ottawa for two days of learning, networking, and building community with colleagues dedicated to supporting postdocs.

Conference Schedule and Highlights

Sunday, November 2, 2025 – For anyone who is arriving on Sunday, please join us for a Pre-Conference Social: House of Commons Tour from 3:15 to 4:00 p.m. There is limited availability, so registration required.

Monday & Tuesday, November 3–4, 2025 – Conference Hours both days will be from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Breakfast and conference sign-in from 7:30 am to 9:00 am each morning.

Your conference registration includes all breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks throughout the two days!

We invite you to join us for an Evening social event on Monday beginning at 5:30 pm. Appetizers and refreshments included with conference registration!
